By appointment only Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun.

Payment methods:
We accept cash, checks, debit and all major credit cards. Payment is expected on day of service unless otherwise arranged beforehand.

Confidentiality:
Patient confidentiality as required by state law is maintained at all times.

Insurance: 

Wei Acupuncture of Newark is BWC certified, and will accept Worker's Compensation patients if they have a current and approved C-9 form from their referring physician.

A growing number of insurance companies will reimburse for acupuncture treatments.  Consult your insurer for the terms of coverage on your policy.  However, until verification can be made concerning the coverage of your policy, full payment is expected at the time of each treatment. 

Cancellation Policy:
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask for 24-hour notice or you will be charged a $10 rescheduling fee for the missed appointment. 

If you miss your appointment without giving a fifteen (15) minute notice, you will be considered a no-show.  No-shows will be charged a $25 fee for the non-compliance.

We reserve the right to amend the Office Policy upon our discretion.
